- Scripture Reference Editors – Create database entries that display a scripture referenced or topic in content of a class session or sermon. Requires a knowledge of scripture and the ability to distinguish changes in context in the session.
- Subtitle Editors – Edit subtitle pages which were created by a computer from the audio of a class session or sermon. The goal is to get a word for word transcript but not necessarily a grammatically perfect result. Typing skills and a good vocabulary are important and experience with data entry is very helpful.
- Volunteer Coordinator – Work with volunteers to answer their questions, screen volunteer inquiries and set up new volunteers in the system with the security access needed for their contribution. This requires the ability to keep an eye on the fact that the spiritual growth of the volunteers is the primary goal and what they produce is secondary.
- Content Monitor – Verify the content that was submitted by volunteers making sure that it is accurate. Knowledge of scripture and a commitment to truth and accuracy are important. Scholarly theological skills preferred.
- Social Media Coordinator – Work with other ministry leaders to clarify our public message and maintain it on social media platforms. A clear vision for this ministry as well as a solid working knowledge of posting and updating on social media platforms are required.
- Software Testers – Use new versions of software before they are generally available and report any problems to programmers. Programming skill not necessary and all skill levels are both welcome and needed.
- Programmers – LAMP. C#. IYKYK.
